"Certified Super"What does the “Certified Super” label mean? The contractors we have selected to be listed in the Super 7 are ones we consider to be some of the top service providers in the area. This is based on several factors such as customer recommendations, company history, professionalism, membership in trade organizations, character, and company makeup. These companies and professionals were determined to be eligible for The Super 7 based on research by our company and/or referrals from area homeowners. We have contacted each selected company by mail and asked them to verify information, as well as provide us with some additional info on various aspects of their company. Those that responded and provided us the requested information on their company have been given the title of “Certified Super”. These are the professionals we determined to be, and were able to be verified as, tops in the area. Please note that getting responses back from listed pros takes time, and The Super 7 is a very new resource in the Triangle...therefore you will see more and more "Certified Super" companies listed each week. “Certified Super” professionals have also agreed to uphold the high standards set by The Super 7. Because of their background confirmation we recommend our “Certified Super” contractors over the non-certified companies listed on our site. Professionals that are listed in The Super 7, but are not “Certified Super” have declined to provide us with company information concerning their qualifications and company policies. Therefore, we are unable to verify certain information on their company and do not consider them pre-screened. It does not cost companies anything to become “Certified Super”. This certification is not related to a fee and is free for all qualified companies willing to verify their company’s qualifications and agree to uphold the standard set forth by The Super 7. We recommend our “Certified Super” companies over the other listings in the Super 7 simply because they have confirmed their qualifications. Because of their commitment and verified high standards, “Certified Super” professionals will remain listed in The Super 7 as long as their customer feedback remains positive. You may see the non-certified companies drop off the list as other high quality companies agree to become “Certified Super” professionals.
