The Super 7 makes locating a quality Raleigh-Durham home service professional easier and helps homeowners avoid hiring a nightmare.
We spoke to homeowners about how they currently search for home service contractors and what their needs are. We then designed The Super 7 around these needs.
Homeowners told us:
• The phone book is too large, lists too many companies, and is not manageable when searching for contractors.
• The phone book lists anyone, with no regard for their competence. In other words, if any random person pays a listing fee they can get listed in the phone book...so, how do you know who you are hiring?
• The best way to locate and hire a contractor is through another homeowner’s recommendation.
• People don’t have time to meet with a lot of contractors.
• Contractors don’t call homeowners back.
The Super 7 addresses all of these challenges:
• We offer a select list of only 7 quality companies. This is a manageable number, but still provides variety.
• Only QUALITY companies qualify to be listed in The Super 7. Also, our listed companies pay nothing to be in The Super 7.
• We provide contractors that have been recommended and
referred by other area residents, just like you.
• Communication and customer service is a quality we look for in Super 7 listed contractors. Our "Certified Super" contractors have made a commitment to professionalism & good customer communication.
• We provide the ability for homeowners to publically comment on any Super 7 listed companies they hire. This gives some POWER to the homeowner.
The Super 7 offers a way for homeowners to easily determine who they want to hire from a MANAGEABLE list of QUALITY contractors that have already been tested out by your community.
