COPYRIGHTS
Home Services Network, LLC (hereafter HSN) owns the copyright in each listing and all copyrighted Super 7 material. The Super 7 Phone Book™ is a trademark of Home Services Network, LLC. Other trademarks and service marks used are the property of their respective owners.
INFORMATION OWNERSHIP
You agree that HSN owns all information on The Super 7 Phone Book website, and all information and derivative works generated there from. Additionally, you agree that we own any other information we generate or obtain in connection with our services, our website, and The Super 7 Phone Book. You may not copy any information, in any form whatsoever, from The Super 7 directories and this website without our prior written consent. Any articles credited to authors outside of The Super 7 are owned by those authors.
CONTRACT DIRECTLY WITH CONTRACTOR LISTED IN THE SUPER 7
You understand that The Super 7 simply makes available contact information about the contractors listed, but has no involvement in providing the actual services for the categories listed. Therefore, you shall contract directly with the contractor listed in The Super 7 for any work they provide and hold them solely liable for all work.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE USER OF THIS SITE ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR THE USE OF THIS SITE. HSN ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION (OR OTHER MATERIAL), APPARATUS, OR OTHER PROCESS CONTAINED ON, DISTRIBUTED THROUGH, LINKED TO OR FROM, OR DOWNLOADED OR ACCESSED FROM OUR SITE.
HSN SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY SERVICES PERFORMED BY INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS LISTED IN THE SUPER 7. IN NO EVENT SHALL HSN OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH (A) THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SUPER 7 WEBSITE OR ANY OF THE SITES THAT ARE LINKED TO OUR SITE, (B) ANY INFORMATION, MATERIAL, APPARATUS OR OTHER PROCESS CONTAINED ON, DISTRIBUTED THROUGH, OR LINKED, DOWNLOADED OR ACCESSED FROM THIS SITE (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE CONTAINED ON A THIRD PARTY SITE), (C) ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PURCHASED ON OR THROUGH A THIRD PARTY SITE, OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED AS A RESULT OF AN ADVERTISEMENT OR OTHER INFORMATION OR MATERIAL ON OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SITE.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates, agents, employees, officers, directors, and licensors, harmless from any claim that may arise from your use of our service or website.
NOTICE FOR USERS OF THIS SITE PRIOR TO HIRING A SUPER 7 LISTED PROFESSIONAL
All of the Independent Contractors that have registered with The Super 7 Phone Book as "Certified Super" Contractors have entered into an agreement that requires that they have the necessary credentials, references, skills, licenses, insurance, and background criteria set forth by our company. We have done our best to check the background of these listed professionals, however, we can make no guarantees or representations regarding the skills or background of such Independent Contractors or the quality of the job that he or she may perform for you if you elect to employ their services. Contractors that are not listed as "Certified Super" have not supplied any company information and have not entered into an agreement with The Super 7 that they have the necessary credentials, references, skills, licenses, insurance, and background criteria set forth by our company.
You understand and agree that The Super 7 Phone Book does not endorse or recommend the services of any particular Independent Contractor it lists. You understand and agree that it is entirely up to you to enter into a direct contract or otherwise reach agreement with an Independent Contractor. It is also entirely up to you to ask for proof of insurance, licenses, permits, references and any other background information that you require directly from the Independent Contractor prior to choosing to hire them.
Some acknowledgments of the requirements set forth to be listed as a "Certified Super" Independant Contractor are self reported by the listed professional. Also, Independent Contractor information may change or expire over time; while The Super 7 Phone Book requires the "Certified Super" professionals to maintain accurate and up-to-date information with our company, we cannot guarantee that profile and screening information is accurate. Therefore, before working with any Super 7 listed Independent Contractor you agree that you must verify that the professional's information is true, current, and/or acceptable to you. The Super 7 Phone Book (and our parent company: Home Services Network, LLC, our officers, directors,
affiliates, employees and agents) is not responsible for professional screening information that is inaccurate or
false.
NO WARRANTIES
The contents of this website are for informational purposes only.
Any information and other material on this Site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors.
THIS WEB SITE IS MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, AND WITHOUT ANY

You promise that all information you provide will be accurate, current and truthful to the best of your knowledge. If you provide any information that is untrue, not current or incomplete, or HSN has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, HSN has the right to refuse any current or future use of The Super 7 (or any portion thereof) by you.
FEEDBACK, RATINGS AND REVIEWS AND TESTIMONIALS
Additionally, we collect feedback from users about the performance of Service Professionals who have done work
for them. We also collect general feedback and testimonials from users of our service. By providing such feedback
to us, you consent to our free use, publication and/or distribution of such feedback, and you acknowledge that
all such feedback is solely owned by HSN, and you consent to the publication of this feedback. You also consent to us contacting you if a question should arise to the validity of your feedback. Feedback that is questioned and not able to be verified by you will be removed from our site.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, your sole remedy is to cease using the service. You may notify
us at any time that you wish to cancel the service and to remove your collected information from our system.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement as well as any additional policies we implement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning your use of our services and website, and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements or other communications between you and us.
CHANGING THIS AGREEMENT
The terms of this agreement may change from time to time. Continuing to use this website after we post any changes indicates that you accept this agreement, as modified.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina and the laws of the United States, and you submit all matters pertaining thereto to the jurisdiction of the courts of North Carolina, and expressly waive any objections as to venue in any of such courts and agree that service of process may be made on you by mailing or e-mailing a copy of the Summons and to you.
