Yes, The Super 7 is a new concept to help you locate quality professionals.
How is the Super 7 different from other online listings or phone books?
The Super 7 is merit based. We limit our listing to 7 pros in each category so you get a manageable number of quality pros to choose from. Other listings are just that...long LISTS of everyone under the sun...regardless of competence. The Super 7 is also a FREE resource.
Is a company that is "Certified Super" better than other listed companies?
"Certified Super" simply means that the company has verified some of their background information and qualifications that make them eligible for The Super 7. They have basically proved that they meet our standards. Companies that are not "Certified Super" appear to meet our standards, but have not returned their agreement or verified their qualifications. There is no charge to the company to become "Certified Super". We recommend using "Certified Super" contractors first, simply because we have verified their company to be highly qualified. What locations does The Super 7 cover?
We cover the entire Raleigh-Durham, NC and Triangle area. However, some of our professionals only cover specific regions in the Triangle. You
need to look at the company profile or call the company to make sure they provide service to your area.
Why are there not a lot of reviews for some of the pros?
The Super 7 is a brand new resource in the Triangle area. As more homeowners discover how easy it is to locate and deal with the quality pros listed on our site the reviews will increase...this is the POWER of The Super 7.
What do you do with the information I supply?
Your privacy is important to us. We do not give your information to any third parties or to the pros listed in The Super 7. Privacy Policy.
Is The Super 7 free?
Yes. It costs nothing to use The Super 7 online or to download a PDF version. There is a small printing and
handling fee if you choose to order a hard copy version of our book.
Why should I review and refer a pro that I use?
By using The Super 7 to refer and review our listed contractors you are immediately given a voice and POWER when dealing with home service pros.
I noticed a few of the companies on the list have been replaced with others. Why?
We try to do a thorough job when selecting the 7 pros we list. However, if what looked like a great company on paper, and from past customer's referrals, is no longer providing quality services we will remove them from our listing. That's another reason your feedback is so important. We will consistently reevaluate ALL of our listings to provide a quality resource for you.
"Certified Super" contractors are pre-screened for you and verified to meet our standards. These companies will stay on The Super 7 list unless they receive poor customer feedback. If a new company meets our standards and has agreed to become a "Certified Super" company they may replace a company that has not filled out our "Certified Super" Agreement. Ideally we like to provide only "Certified Super" contractors as an extra assurance to their abilities.
